If you need our unice piece to ship out the next day please do contact us first or leave us a message during checkout.
We use the shipping address you have entered on our checkout form, so please make sure it is correct. We are not responsible for errors in your shipping information. If a package has the wrong address, it can take some time until it is returned to us before we can re-ship or refund your purchase. We can only do this once the package has been returned. If the package needs to be re-shipped there will be a new shipping fee.

We currently don't offer shipping to Out of Europe but if you are , please email us at info@claudia.ie if you would like to place an order and we will do our best to arrange this for you.
In rare instances, please allow an additional time for packages that are taken into customs or the mail service in the destination country is slow. These unexpected delays are beyond our control.
Please be aware, in particular for those based outside of the EU. there may be duties and/or foreign taxes applied by customs towards your order when delivery is made. We are unable to be held responsible for these charges, and they will not be reimbursed or refunded by Claudia. If you are unsure of the charges and whether you will be affected, please contact your local customs office to find out more information.
Except as otherwise set forth herein, the risk of loss for and packages purchased from Claudia passes to the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier chosen by the buyer. Packages marked as "Delivered" are no longer the responsibility of Claudia.
