Production & Delivery In-stock pieces

Your order will be carefully packed and shipped within 3-5 working days.

 Made-to-order pieces

Each custom piece is handcrafted just for you with love.

Please allow up to 30 days for creation and delivery.

We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Shipping Ireland: €15

Europe: €25

Rest of the world: Please contact us at info@claudia.ie so we can calculate the best shipping rate for you.

Quality & Packaging

Every piece passes through a careful quality check before it leaves us.

Each item is wrapped with care and attention, so it arrives to you in perfect condition.

Damages, Returns & Exchanges 

If your piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@claudia.ie

We’ll review it according to our returns and refund policy.

We do not accept returns for damage caused by water exposure or accidental drops. 

As each piece is handmade, we do not offer repairs.

We offer exchange or refund in line with our policy.

Refunds will be issued to the same card used for the original purchase.
