Refund of Amounts:
For purchases made with a credit card, the refund may occur in up to 30 days.
There will be no refund of the shipping cost.
ATTENTION: The refund of amounts will only be processed after the receipt and analysis of the condition of the product(s) at our Distribution Center. The product must not show any signs of use.
Defective product:
Product with alleged manufacturing defect:
If the item purchased from our online store is defective after 7 days from the date of receipt of the product, you can contact us at: info@claudia.ie
Return of Goods in the event of a defective product:
The goods must be sent to the address of origin, with prior notification through our contacts: info@claudia.ie
The Invoice / receipt or copy, must accompany the product inside the packaging, together with the justification for the return written on the back; and
If the original packaging is no longer available, the product must be sent safely for transport in packaging that adequately protects it against any damage.
After dispatching the merchandise to be returned, the customer must inform via email info@claudia.ie
The item's postal number for tracking purposes.
Product defect analysis:
The defect assessment will be carried out by the quality department and then the final report of the exchange request will be completed. Average completion time: 15 business days after receipt of the product.
Exchange report
Favorable report for exchange:
The customer will receive a replacement product of the same model at the original address.
If the same model is not in stock, the customer will be notified and may choose another model to exchange from the options available on the website, respecting the credit limit.
If there is a difference in price between the chosen product and the product claimed, the difference must be paid by bank deposit.
Report against exchange:
The product will be returned without the right to replacement.
Rejected items:
Absence of defect (no evidence of damage reported by the customer)
Signs of improper use of the product.
Signs of accidental damage.
Natural wear and tear due to use.
Breakage of the stone
Products on Sale / Gift card:
We do not exchange items or refund amounts in cash or through credit card refunds, bank slips or transfers for sale items / gift card.
